Afterwards, head downstairs for an after party at State Park! (Cash bar at State Park). This is a 21+ event

Come as a team a team or four, or team up with new friends at the event. Plenty of fun either way — sip cocktails, enjoy delicious food, and compete for prizes!

Each team has a guest science journalist from Knight Science Journalism. Ticketed, 21+ event. Prizes for winning teams.

Team up with an elite group of journalists from MIT’s Knight Science Journalism Program and the staff of Undark magazine, testing your knowledge of the year in science — spanning questions from health and climate to AI and genetic engineering.

KSJ and Undark magazine staff, including Pulitzer prize-winning science writer Deborah Blum, former Physics Today senior editor Ashley Smart, and New York Times veteran Tom Zeller Jr. will be acting judges, and Undark’s resident fact-checker and deputy editor Jane Roberts will be on deck to make the final calls.
