Meet BPM vendors and learn how fermentation affects cheese, bagels, and chocolate, what biodiversity means for New England fishers, the science behind farming, and so much more. Pick up a scavenger hunt at the Market Info Desk to start your science adventure!

We’ll learn how each different liquor is made and how the recipes and ingredients are tweaked and manipulated to create unique and traditional flavors.
