CSF Ambassador and Other Volunteers: We would like to have one CSF Volunteer at each individual festival event, if possible.  Please let us know if there are any issues with sending a CSF Amabassador to your event.

Please let us know if you would like more volunteers to help with set-up, wayfinding, or content before March 20.  Don’t forget to include: how many people, what times, and for what tasks you need volunteers.  Note: We have a wide range of volunteers who sign up with STEM backgrounds.

Social Media: The Cambridge Science Festival promotes on the CSF Facebook page and through Twitter and Instagram as @cambscifest. Please tag us directly in your posts so we can cross-promote. We encourage you and any participants to share on social media using #CambSciFest!

Festival Program Guides: The Cambridge Science Festival’s program guides will be out in late-March. Please let us know how many you can put out through your organizations and networks, and whether you will be able to pick them up from the MIT Museum (265 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge), or if you need them delivered.

The Cambridge Science Festival is an annual 10-day celebration of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math in Cambridge and New England and the global impact of those endeavors. Every spring, the Cambridge Science Festival makes science accessible, engaging and fun for everyone through multifaceted, multicultural events. Our founding collaborators are MIT, Harvard University, the City of Cambridge and the Museum of Science. Join us for ten days and nights of hands-on science events during public school vacation week
