We take curiosity to a new level! The Cambridge Science Festival, the first of its kind in the United States, is a celebration showcasing Cambridge as an internationally recognized leader in science and technology. A multifaceted, multicultural event every spring, the Cambridge Science Festival makes science accessible, interactive and fun!

THANK YOU!!

The second annual Cambridge Science Festival was a huge success, and we’d like to thank everyone who made our nine-day, 200+ festival such a blast.  Thanks to everyone who came to our events, and to those who hosted events.  Thanks to the kids who entered the Curiosity Challenge and science fairs, and to their teachers, mentors and families who nurture their curiosity.  Thanks to our donors, collaborators, volunteers, guest speakers, colleagues, and partners in crime.  We couldn’t have done all this without you!

Still curious?

Check out the highlights of the 2008 Cambridge Science Festival – from the opening day Science Carnival, to the closing ceremony’s Curiosity Challenge entries.  From pre-school professors to Nobel Laureate lunches.  Be sure to give us your email address for upcoming newsletters – our plans for 2009 are already underway!

It's not too soon!

We’ve already begun planning for our 2009 festival and we’re eager to hear from you. We are in the process of confirming our 2009 dates and securing some of the bigger venues. We know we will hold an opening day Science Carnival and give out our annual Curiosity Awards at our closing ceremony. In between, let your curiosity run wild! Have you always wanted to get a sneak peek into a prominent scientist’s lab?  Would you like to get a closer look at a planet, or explore energy sources of the future? Let us know!
